Poised to be the tallest tower in Kelowna and the new, tallest tower between Metro Vancouver and Calgary, UBCO Downtown will rise 43-storeys. The 415,000 square foot building will have 500 residential units, academic spaces for School of Nursing and Social Work, and public spaces including an art gallery.
